English

  1. Service. Content Radar is a research-assistance service that collects material chosen by or connected by the user, extracts text where permitted, applies automated relevance judgements, and presents reports and decisions. Automated scores may be incomplete or wrong and are not professional advice.
  2. Eligibility and account. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information. The service is not directed to children. External accounts are not available until the account release is announced.
  3. Your sources and permissions. You remain responsible for URLs, media, instructions and other content you submit or connect and must have a lawful right to process them. Do not submit unlawful content, secrets, special-category personal data or third-party private material unless expressly supported and lawfully authorized.
  4. Google/YouTube. The planned integration uses the read-only youtube.readonly scope. You can revoke access at any time. Use of Google user data is also governed by the Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy. Content Radar is not endorsed by Google or YouTube.
  5. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, scrape in violation of applicable law or platform terms, infringe rights, interfere with availability, or use outputs for unlawful surveillance, discrimination, credit, employment or other high-impact decisions.
  6. Your content and service processing. You retain rights in your content. You grant the Provider only the limited rights needed to host, transmit, transform and analyze it to provide, secure and support the service. Processors are listed in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your Google user data.
  7. Availability and changes. Beta features may change, fail or be withdrawn. Material changes affecting Google-data use require updated notice and, where needed, consent. Planned availability is not a guarantee of Google approval.
  8. Deletion and termination. You may stop using the service, revoke Google access and request deletion. The planned deletion/export workflow and timeframes are described in the Privacy Policy; they must be implemented before external launch. We may suspend unlawful, unsafe or abusive use.
  9. Liability. To the extent permitted by mandatory law, the service is provided without a guarantee that every source, transcript, classification or recommendation is accurate or available. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer rights where applicable.
  10. Law and contact. Polish law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country. Courts are determined by mandatory law. Until legal@contentradar.eu is activated and verified, contact the Provider by post at the address above.
